Shipping: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

Return: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and personal care products are non-returnable once delivered. However, in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with proper images and order details. Additionally, an unboxing video of the product once delivered will help your case. Approved cases will be eligible for replacement as per company policy.
